Rudy should go live in Cuba if he hates American justice.

Rudy Giuliani has forgotten what it means to be an American. He's insisting that using our 200 year old justice system somehow isn't good enough for the 9/11 masterminds.

"If President Barack Obama had concluded that military tribunals were impermissible," Giuliani said on NBC's "Today" show, "I would have been in favor of it." He called the decision to use the federal court system "unprecedented" and said that in the Civil War and in both World War I and World War II, the United States relied on military courts.

When I came here, I wanted to come to a country that treated everyone fairly, no matter what they did. It may not feel great that these sickos are getting the best defense they can get under the law, but that's what the law says they get. Just because we don't like them doesn't mean we can change the law. That's not the America I came to live in 31 years ago.
